JBL Speaker question

I have been in the market for a 5 or 7 piece system for a while now. I have auditioned Boston (did not like at all), MA (okay), Klipsch(quite like them), Paradigm Monitor 7&9 (really liked them) and Mirage Omni sat.
I am looking for two floorstanders a center two di/bi poles and two rears. Now I have never demoed JBL and do not have the option to do so where I live. Today I bumped into guy who also works for one of my clients. We got to talking about the clients HT and I mentioned what I was trying to do. He put it out there that he reps JBL and MIGHT be able to help me out. If I was to go lloking at the JBL line, which models should I be looking at? Med/lg size room, mostly HT. Love my 20% music and love it loud! This is something I may have at act upon quickly should a killer deal coma up. At the end of the day, my hearing must not be great because I never auditioned anything that sounded horrible. I mean I am/was torn between Klipsch and Paradigm! Just looking for a JBL guy or gal to tell me where to start looking on the net. TIA!

Paradigm Monitor Floorstanding Series (7 or 9).

The Paradigm Monitor 7 or Monitor 9 is your ticket. ;)

You already like them, no wonder, they are that good. :)
And also an excellent value.

If you want additional choices, check this out:

See, it's quite easy to find good performance and value speakers, right in your backyard. :)

You can find some very good deals on JBL studio L series. The 890s (floor standers) get a very favorable review here. There are 3 bookshelf (surrounds) models, Two Centers and Two Floorstanders in the line up. I chose the Cherry finish and they look great. Certainly worth checking out.

If your buddy can get you a killer deal on the L890's I would definitly consider it. http://www.google.com/products/catalog?q=jbl+l890+speakers&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:eek:fficial&client=firefox-a&um=1&ie=UTF-8&cid=10404988708425782845&ei=1XJPSqr7IZTDtweN6sWmBA&sa=X&oi=product_catalog_result&ct=result&resnum=4#ps-sellers Now comparing speakers is very subjective. You might like something and the next guy doesn't so listening is the best thing to do. But having reviewed well like I said if you can get a great deal then it might be the way to go. IMO.
