JBL Passive Monitor Speaker on Onkyo TX-SR508?

Wondering if a JBL passive Monitor Speaker Control 25AV I have will work on Zone 2 of my Onkyo TX-SR508? I was gonna post the product link, but since I'm a newbie, I can't, sorry.

I'm pretty competent when it comes to audio systems, but this one I'm not so sure about. Anyone want to describe what the "wattage taps" & "8 ohms bypass" are?

You want to use the "8 ohm bypass" taps and connect them to your power amp's speaker outputs.

The other taps are for use when these speakers are daisy-chained to a 70 volt PA/Sound Reinforcement type amplifier.

If you didn't buy them new, then this might prove helpful.
