Japanese Speaker Plinths..

I saw these in a Japanese audio magazine. They support and isolate your speakers. They certainly look cool as well. My speakers are on carpet and one speaker slightly wobbles due to the uneveness of the carpet. I've stuffed part of a magazine underneath for better stability. Are these type of plinths common? I haven't seen these in any U.S. advertising. Here's a pic.

I have my speakers on tile floors and those look like something i'd be interested in if locally.

You don't need the board part, just spikes. Spikes can be added to pretty much any speaker. Hell, you could make a platform like that out of whatever wood and finish you like and a set of spikes for pretty cheap.
