It must be noted that this approach requires that a mating WBT connector also be used. If not, the shield is re-constituted by the mate connector, spoiling the spillage and returning the connector to its too low impedance.

If a component does not have the WBT female, there will be no impedance match.

Hey, I DID create the design..online, I did..independently, it was..(sheesh, I'm soundin like yoda)..course, it was 31 days after they filed the european patent..C'est La vie
