This occurred 3 days ago on two computers running Windows 10. Selection of "For You" concludes with screen prompt "an error occurred, try again". Each computer was updated with iTunes 12.10.6.2. Any here have that problem. Apple did not help, stated it was a Microsoft Windows problem, i.e. firewall, anti-virus/permissions, or port numbers. My iPhone, which has not been updated, still permits "For You" selection. Bottom-line I do not know what to do. Last time something like this happened I just waited a day and all functions began working again.
