The back was recently sodded and the balance is all out of whack for nutrients. Aside from that, it was placed on clay...it'll be spectacular when the winter grass is seeded.

here !?!? it's around 30-40% for july and aug,Whats the humidity been like? Up here in ND, we had a high temp the other day of 96F with a 96% humidity, and I was framing up a restruant. All I can say is it was miserable with absolutely no breeze, which only happens here when its really hot.
