Yep did that twice once when Yamaha tech was on phone with me, and once after I talked to him. I still get the same result. Accessories4less sent me an email and said it is under warranty and that I would have to take to a service center that is authorized by Yamaha. I looked up the three they sent me and lucky for me or not, depending on If they can get the parts to fix it or not and how long its going to take there is one 15 minutes away. Either way I have no Processer to run my system with. It sucks: I have never had a problem with any of their AVR'S before, I have had them since the 90s. But when I got up this morning I turned it on to watch news and about 5 minutes in,
a very loud POP came through my speakers. I then shut it down and am living with the very hard to hear TV speakers. Thanks everyone who responded I really appreciate all the knowledge and help.
