This has been all over the news for several days and he still hasn't come forward. So, there can really be only two explanations:

A) He's up to no good whatsoever. Best case scenario would be that it's for a grow-op. Worst case being....well you know..

Or

B) It's all just a big misunderstanding and he bought it for completely innocent purposes. The simple explanation for his not coming forward to explain the purchase and concealing his identity is that as a matter of daily routine he keeps his head firmly and constantly rammed up his own butt. Therefore, he is unable to hear and/or see that everyone and his dog is searching for him.

Hmmm, I wonder which one it could be.....

All is well! They tracked the guy down and what do ya know - it was scenario B after all - the guy is a farmer. Oh well, better to have innocent dummies than evil ones...
