Is Onkyo TX-SR605 for $150 worth it?

Would like to pick this up from a guy on craigslist local. He's got all the accessories and is willing to drop it off.

I will be using it in my first home theater setup.
with a 42" LG 1080p 120hz
PS3- I ONLY WATCH NETFLIX zero cable
Paradigm Mini MK3
Paradigm CC-330
and a DIY 12" LMS-R tuned to 28HZ on a 300rms OAudio plate amp.
Plan to get 2 more speakers depending on how this setup sounds will determine what I add to the system.

I want calibration, pandora (I can get the ipod dock from Onkyo) and maximum Value. Also having good video quality is good.

Something tells me for another $50 bucks I could get something better. I just really dont know much about AVR's

Yeah I love my Onkyo 707. I bought it from them almost 2 years ago and so far so good. Stick with the new ones, better video conversion.
