Just recieved my order for this card. I plug it in, but nothing happens. The driver installs fine but then i get an error in the device manager. The card seems to be completely dead, no lights, no response of anykind, and since there is no power switch i can't tell whether i'm doing something wrong with the installation or its simply not working. I'm trying to install the card under both Windows 7 and Linux, and neither system seems to recognize the device at all. Linux shows nothing using lsusb. I'm about to return the product but before i do so i want to make sure i'm not doing anything wrong with the installation.
