Is ebay broken

I can't log into any of my accounts, just me or is this all of ebay, I hate to have to call them, that is like going to the dentist...

Maybe. I can't log in either. Also, tried to launch the eBay app on my phone and it said session expired. When I tried to re-log in through the app, I got an incorrect password error there as well.

Edit: Just tried the "Forgot password" thing. Entered my email address, and got, "Sorry! We're currently experiencing technical difficulties and are unable to complete the process at this time"
