That is a good deal if you are already planning to buy an Apple Ipad (since they are virtually never discounted)!
However, the $350 iPad is overkill if you just want a good platform to run these apps on!

I do not have personal experience with this particular tablet, but Lenovo has always done a good job with the tablets I do have from them and Andriod is a well established platform for the Denon apps.
I'm sure there are are also several 7-8" tablets for ~$80 that will also do a fine job!
