Is there any recommendations for inwalls that will sound similar to the rockets?
If you want something that sounds similar to the Rockets I would skip the Axiom W22s. From what I’ve read most people who have heard both consider Axioms and AV123 Rockets to sound very different.

Thanks Grunt. Good catch.

I actually have good news. When I brought the idea of inwall up to the wife she got really upset. Doesn't want to spend any more money on the HT room. To make a long story short, we will keep the rockets and hope for the best. I may build a bracket to attach the top of them to the wall in order to alleviate tipping concerns. Other than that I guess I will just have to stay on top of him so that he doesn't try messing with the plugs in the back.

you can find some really sweet sounding in-wall speakers out there, but at the budget of whatever you can get for your rockets honestly that is not enough for the actually good in walls.

EDIT: whoops just read your last post lol...well congrats on getting to keep the speakers!

one of the guys that is on the Emotiva Lounge, and AV123 actually sold some really nice Rocket outriggers that acted like the perfect stabalizers.

Edit: Ok i found the link for ya. Check these out. http://forums.av123.com/showthread.php?t=33720&highlight=outriggers
