Wow. Just saw this movie at the AMC IMAX theater.

Definitely demo caliber material. The soundtrack has got to be the best I've ever heard from beginning to end.

Cannot wait to watch it when it comes out on BD. Will test the limits of the subwoofers for sure. Just wow. :D

I liked the movie a lot. Definitely Christopher Nolan high standard.

It tested the limits of my ability to stay awake during an overlong, boring, pretentious movie.

It was about 3 hours long. My wife and her girl friends didn't like it either.

I liked the story a lot, but I have to admit the story itself wasn't "fun" to watch.

But the soundtrack and the magnitude of the bass throughout the movie was amazing and extremely fun to me. We could feel the vibrations and our skin shaking. I loved that. Can't wait to experience that at home. :D

OI!!!! That's going to be a tough call, a sloooooow story line with a stellar audio track. I've got about 8 months to make up my mind.

Gonna go see this in IMAX after work today.
Give a quick read to Einstein's Special Relativity on Wikipedia before you go.

I enjoyed the movie myself. It obviously goes out on a limb to make it interesting, but I appreciate the real science included in the movie. However, I did have to explain a few of the concepts to folks I was with. The visuals and audio were fantastic so definitely picking up the BD when it comes out.

"Sounds" like 2001: Space Odyssee :D

DeGrasse Tyson was on NPR this morning discussing this film.

The story was a little slow, but overall I really enjoyed it. Soundtrack was excellent and would have been even better on a real system.

If you have a 70mm Imax exhibitor showing this film nearby, definitely grab the chance to see it. It may be one of the last chances to see a 70 mm film in its proper display. I managed to see it at the Imax at Navy Pier in Chicago today, a true 70 mm projection, terrific experience. Its the first movie I have been to in over three years, but I did not want to miss the chance to view a great movie in Imax 70 mm.
