Internet Cable Orders to Canada?

I've been reading through the threads and reviews and am now convinced that ordering generic type cables are the way to go (I need speaker wire, subwoofer and a couple of HDMI's). Can anyone advise me on a good site that will deliver to Canada and not take too long? I have a new tv, receiver, cable box and speakers that are lonely and need to be with each other.

I have ordered from svideo.com for their 3 ft. DVI to HDMI cable. Excellent quality, works great and cheap. Delivery to Canada about a week.

From their website, "to Canada, we ship by Airmail Letter Post (if the package is under four pounds) or Airmail Parcel Post (if the package is over four pounds)."

I just ordered some cables the yesterday and they shipped 2 hours later.
