There has been a problem found with approximately 5% to possibly more Integra and Onkyo products. There is a 40 pin ribbon cable at fault. They used a gell that conducts under certain circumstances. They will replace the ribbon cable and plugs if your unit is affected. I just cleaned mine with a good contact cleaner- rather than send it in- I'm a electronics technician.
