People often compared it to other prepros such as the AV7005 and some of them seem to prefer the sound quality of the more affordable Marantz. I find that hard to believe, based on the published specs and measured performance I think the Integra bound to be better in features and SQ (theoretical but likely not audible). I went with the Marantz because of the look, perceived better track record in reliability and the lower price.
