Inputing to a HT bypass

Hi everyone, looking for some advice.

Some recent reconfiguration has created a situation where my primary TV for TV shows is in an open room with my 2 channel Musical Fidelity A5.

For the TV audio signal, i have bascially run out of analog outputs. I am considering running the digital audio signal to an old Sony reciever and then to the HT input on my A5.

My big question is how can I get the signal from the Sony receiver to my integrated amp's RCA inputs. The Sony has no pre-out connection.

If this works, I assume this will allow me to drive a center-channel with the receiver. Is that accurate? (my room is large and irregular, rear speakers are not an option.)

Thanks!
