I initiated the return/exchange process with Amazon tonight. I hope the new copy works better. This is only the third time in over 10 years I've had to exchange something at Amazon.

I've yet to get my hands on the bad disc (still at my bro's). Lemme know how the new one works out. This will also be my third time returning to Amazon I think. Once it was a mistake on my part (won't explain, long story). Another was a Belkin UPS that fell right out of the bottom of the box onto its butt (either bad box, or wasn't closed correctly, etc).
