I initiated the return/exchange process with Amazon tonight. I hope the new copy works better. This is only the third time in over 10 years I've had to exchange something at Amazon.

I've yet to get my hands on the bad disc (still at my bro's). Lemme know how the new one works out. This will also be my third time returning to Amazon I think. Once it was a mistake on my part (won't explain, long story). Another was a Belkin UPS that fell right out of the bottom of the box onto its butt (either bad box, or wasn't closed correctly, etc). I'm not worried about CS, it's the reason I feel very safe spending my money with them.

Ehehe. I remember it took me many posts, I think hundreds before I got my first chiclet. Do you guys really unload six at a time? I'm still way behind you guys. I wonder if I've ever unknowingly read one of Adam's reviews at the zon. The first review listed for our bdp is by a guy who agreed with me on a certain suggestion in an owner's thread, whose posts I've read on more than one occasion. Small world.

Finally watched this on BD earlier today. I really liked it. There's a lot of cat and mouse in the dialogue sequences, a few times it was difficult to see where it was going but it ended up making sense by the end of the scene and I found myself more entertained overall, even though it did drag a few times, than I think I would if they had just cut to the action parts.

I didn't have any issues with freezing at all. The PQ was mostly excellent, except for a few scenes that seemed less clear than I expected. Audio was excellent, with subtle surround usage to keep me in the moment. Overall I really enjoyed it and will watch it again.

I forgot to mention that my replacement disc plays flawlessly. I didn't watch the whole movie again, I just skipped to the scene that was a problem and watched that.
