The templar knights who were guarding the grail and drinking from it looked about 800 years old. ;) Just because Indy and his father drank from the cup and got everlasting life, doesn't neccesarily mean they won't age anymore.

Nope. They broke the seal on the floor so everlasting life no longer applies. However the curative powers of the Holy Grail still persisted as Indy's father didn't die from the gun shot wound.
