In-wall Subwoofer setup - Polk vs. Monitor

For a smaller room - about 11-1/2ft x 14 ft. - I am considering an in-wall subwoofer in order to not further clutter the space.

I am trying to decide between the Polk Audio CSW155 and the Monitor Audio IWS-10 subwoofer & IWB-10 backbox. Does anyone have any experience with either one of those?

Also, what would be a suitable amplifier to power either one of those?
I am not an audiophile, so price is more important to me than sound, meaning amplifier should be less than $200. (I am most likely going to end up using the Sony STRDN1080 AV receiver; and in my ideal world, the AV Receiver would have been able to power the passive sub as well, but there does not appear to be such an AV Receiver.)
