In-wall speaker cable question

I am considering pulling some new in-wall cables for my home theater speakers. Most of the previous wire is Carol 14g 2-wire in-wall cable from Home Depot. However, I originally put in smaller gauge, 4-wire for the rear surrounds since the cable was going to the same wall plate. I would like to put in new cables, probably 14g also. Home Depot has Cipro on their website, haven't checked out the store lately. Although there are articles on speaker cables on this site, I haven't seen anything on in-wall wires. Any suggestions? I also assume that there is no point to using better cables from the speakers to the wall plate than you have in the walls.

14/2 is all you need from HD for in wall wiring. Use 12/2 over 50 feet or for more demanding speakers if you play your music loud.
