I'm a little confused...

As to your question about changing speakers between large/small, that will not affect the Audyssey calibration nor will changing crossovers (but note no problem to raise crossovers with Audyssey, but not recommended to lower them) https://audyssey.zendesk.com/entries/438840-changing-the-cross-over-settings-after-running-audyssey
Thanks I've finally tried your guys's changes.I have fronts on small at 80Hz same with center. My rears are small but set at 120Hz. So it was suggested not to lower the cross over so should I leave it at 120Hz or go ahead and change it to 80Hz? Thanks.

Wow that's a huge improvement to my lowest end. Man this sub really goes low and deep very deep. Thanks so much every one.
And for now I'll leave my rears on 120Hz until late someone let's me know otherwise.
I just can't get over the improvement even at lower volumes. Very cool indeed!

Leave the rears at 120 (or raise them perhaps). Glad its working out for you!

That should be the case if you have Dynamic EQ turned on but you should double check to make sure it is in fact on. Leave Dynamic volume off though unless you have good reason not to.

Ok. I'm not sure what either of those are but I'll do a quick google search. Thanks.

Sometimes you can get more interaction from Chris K, and some knowledgeable fans, on the Audyssey facebook page. There's also a good Audyssey thread on AVS with lots of help available.
