We are back to toying with the idea of building.
My wife and I found this
floor plan.
Both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are square, which we know is a big no-no for a media room.
My wife also plays piano and string bass and would like to store the bass in an inside corner which means she would want bedroom #2 as a music room. She doesn’t need a huge amount of space, just enough for the bass and piano and to move into the center of the room when rehearsing.
Any ideas on how to change the layout modestly to accommodate these needs?
BTW it is only the two of us and the dog so we don’t need a huge amount of space.
