In his review of the Integra Research RDC-7.1 processor in November 2005, Gene mentioned a problem concerning the increase of noise floor when playing SACDs via the i.LINK connection. Does anybody know whether this issue has been resolved by Integra Research? In the forum some people mentioned that a firmware update to version 1.09 may resolve the problem, but that was never confirmed.
Any information would be appreciated.
