I just pulled the trigger and cancelled Crapcast

I am happy to report that I kicked comcast to the curb. My bill has been going up steadily since june. I got the same package as I have now with Millenium cable and all the same speeds and features including DVR's and Hi speed internet for almost $100 bucks less than I am paying now. Screw Comcast and their shady buisness practices. I was on the phone with them on Monday and had a tech come out yesterday and my bill was supposed to be dropped to 120 a month. None of these things show up on their computers. The incompatance there is jaw dropping at best. I am glad to be cancelling them and am gonna call and let comcast know they just lost 3 accounts as I called 2 friends who were sick of their stuff too and they just signed up for the same packages I got. I got their permission to let comcast know on their behalf that friends stick together and I will be calling more of my friends and letting them know about Millenium's deals.

I'm glad that you got yourself a better package! Time has yet to tell if you'll be happier with your new provider. One of my brothers switched providers a couple of years ago, and then switched back when the "better" deal didn't pan out in terms of service.

I am locked into the price for a year so if it does go up I have a signed contract . And I read the small type....

Yeah I had my negotiations 2 days ago and none of my info had been updated they still had my same info.I couldn't stand it anymore so I moved on. I hope the new service is at least as good as the crapcast was.....
