ZZTOP. i saw em on the RECYCLER tour. about the best show, of 100's (?), i have ever seen. the stage show was AWESOME. and the SQ was about the best i have ever heard at a concert.

ZZTOP. about 1 year later (i don't remember the tour name, if it even had one). based on the previous show, i spend some good money, for average tickets.
and the show was about the worst i have even seen. 3 manikans standing on the plainest stage i have EVER seen. BAD.

Never been to Murphy's, but have camped in the Angel's Camp area many times. Beautiful country.

Turns out Top is doing Bone Bash at the Shoreline on September 3rd. So that's a bit closer than Murphy's.
