did anyone end up trying a deflector or redirecting the airflow to deal with the vent noise?

did anyone end up trying a deflector or redirecting the airflow to deal with the vent noise?

I’ve been running into a similar issue and am wondering if adding acoustic insulation around the duct made a noticeable difference for anyone. Would love to hear how things worked out or if anyone found a fix that wasn’t too pricey.
