Both my main power amp and my subwoofer hum. That's is, hum from the units themselves, not through the speakers, (thanks goodness).
The sub hums quietly all the time. The main amp is quiet when first turned on, but then begins to hum getting gradually louder 'til its audible during quiet passages of music; this is especially true when the source is my CD player rather than my tuner.
I've tried moving around both power chords and interconnects but the problem won't go away. Anyone know the cause -- or the cure??
