Huge drop in DB above 55HZ

It has been several weeks now that I purchased a set of SVS PB2000's to accompany my 2 HSU's. After a few hrs of tuning with the miniDSP HD the sweeps on REW look so much better. I have played a ton of music and 6 or so movies and it was definitely worth buying 2 more subs. The bass is very smooth and feels natural now. Not the boomy bass like I had before. And even though I have 4 subs now, my wife said the bass sounds way better. Before she was not a fan of the ton of bass at times and what felt like hardly any bass at all. Now we have more overall bass output but it is integrated so much better.

I am so glad to hear this, as I have started almost the exact same thing (Two SVS NSD series to try to flatten the response across seats with miniDSP and two Hsu.) I haven't done the placement and measurements yet, though - so I'm glad to hear it worked out well for you!
