Hi, not sure if anyone will read this, but I wanted a clarification on this recommended combination. The HK 3490 outputs 120W per channel while the E41-B is rate 30-100W per channel. Is this not a problem?
It might be a problem if you crank the HK to the max and play some Hip-Hop!

Too much power at the amp is like too much Hp in a car. Yes, it can get you in trouble, but only if you bring it on.

thanks kew. is there a way to know how much exactly i can 'crank the HK'? very new to this so just wondering. does the wattage scale up to 120 as you turn up the volume? if thats the case, would be great to know when its reaching a 100!

on a related note, any subwoofer recommendations for such a setup? thanks!
