That is a strange choice, as they are both fairly different speakers. By the way, you do realize that the $345 price on the Intimus 6B is per speaker, not for a pair? Also, the 4C center is not the best choice for a center for those fronts, it can easily be overwhelmed by the much more capable 6B speakers, making dialogue difficult to follow, at least if you are using this for home theater. You could adjust the 6B speakers to match the 4C center, but that would be crippling to the 6B's performance. The 4C is intended to be paired with the 4B bookshelf speakers.
I think that the Aperion speakers would be very good for both music and movies, but for the money, the Hsu speakers will best them for home theater, easily. Just look at the sensitivity ratings: 92 db vs 82 db, this means that the Hsu speakers will sound more than twice as powerful for the same amount of power. The Aperion's will rock, I am sure, but you have to give them a lot more juice to do so. Also, if you are looking for a subwoofer to go with these speakers, Hsu's subs will cream Aperion's, and are considered some of the very best in the business. And you get a good discount for buying a speaker/sub package.
A fairer comparison to the Hsu speakers would be the CBM170's from Ascend Acoustics, or the Infinity Primus P162's.
