How to tell if Klipsch RF 7 II is a A or B - stock

I have just purchased a brand new pair of Klipsch RF7 II speakers from one of the Klipsch authorized dealer. When setting up the speakers, I noticed that some plastic parts that are connected to the 2 ports in the back of the speaker dropped on the bottom so I called for exchange. The dealer is very responsive, sending me another speaker a couple of days later. This time. the rubber part from one of the 2 metal legs is missing and there is a visible fine line about an inch long along the vertical edge. I am convinced that this is a 100% B-stock speaker because I believe a high-end speaker should be carefully inspected before packaging, not to mention that this speaker is "assembled from USA". In your opinion, should this speaker consider to be "high-end"? I like the sound from these speakers but not sure if I should return them all to the authorized dealer. Your suggestion, comments are appreciated.

First off, and no offense intended, but I would not call Klipsch RF line "high end" (at least by my definition of high end, which would be looking at something more like $5-10K/pr and up). They are a mass market brand. Having said that, I would say your reasoning is sound and your complaint is valid, so I would expect a perfect condition speaker if they are indeed supposed to be new. If they are refurbs or b-stocks, they MUST be labeled as such and should also cost less.
