How to tell if a CD was sourced from a DVD, VHS tape, or online video

I recently received a CD that I suspect took the audio from a DVD, VHS tape, or online video. Is there a way to determine this? I have ripped the CD to wav files and can provide a sample if needed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

There is no way to tell how authoring of a CD occurred. Kind of a weird thing to care about IMO, but unless there was some type of metadata added to the CD itself, it is information that wouldn't be included.
