how to setup Denon Reciever with Martin logan Dynamo 500 sub woofer

I would like to know the possible options to connect my Denon receiver model 3321CI with Martin logan dynamo 500 sub woofer
please help me understand all the options provided by the sub woofer

There are no options to chose from for connection – the sub has RCA inputs only. Connect a cable between the receiver’s subwoofer output jack and the sub’s LFE input.
