That model receiver does not appear to have pre-outs. You need the pre-outs to connect to a power amp.

As ryan noted, you can’t connect any amplifier for your main channels with that receiver. However, since you specifically mentioned Ch. 1 of the Crown, does that mean this is for a subwoofer? If so you only need a cable with the correct connectors on each end. The Yamaha requires an RCA connector, and the Crown – you didn’t provide a model so we can verify, but it either takes a 1/4" connector, or an XLR male connector. So you’d need one of the cables linked below. Some Crown models have RCA inputs as well, which makes it easy – you’d only need an RCA to RCA cable.
