How to hook up 2 amps to preamp

I have 2 NAD 216THX amps. I want 1 amp to drive a passive subwoofer and the other amp to drive main speakers. I have no idea on to hook them up to the NAD 917. I assume the amp for subwoofer would be best in bridged mode? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Front pre outs to one amp, subwoofer pre out to other amp mono input?
