Have you tried turning up the subwoofer level in the avr?

You may or may not do better with manual eq but no one can really tell you how to set it over the internet for your room and speakers. It's about experimentation to see if you can get a result you like. If you want to increase bass, start with the lowest frequency options on the eq settings.

Subwoofer - I tried increasing volume and it only gives booming effect. In auto macc- it is giving all speakers 0.5 to 1 to 1.5 decibels for all speakers some are on negative side also.
In manual eq should I increase bass for all frequency? How do I know which frequency gives the best effect
