Omnipolar is the common terminology used within DIY circles. :p I've not heard omnidirectional used. Of course I prefer bipolar(sounds crazy) I haven't spend near as much time in the DIY circles, so you would certainly know better than I if that is the case... I guess I just associate Omnipolar with Mirage by default...since they actually trademarked the name. Danny Richie refers to some of his GR designs (as well as the AV321 X-Omni he designed) as omni-directional as opposed to omnipolar... A/V-O O-3
