YMMV. He asked on the internet, and I gave a direct and recent quote from their rep. He will most likely know better than the first person who answers the phone, and then they'd probably just send you to that person's voicemail anyways.

I can ask questions directly to the CTO & founder of Audyssey at a forum.

I can ask for detailed advice about room treatment products even just right here to GIK, or to RT elsewhere.

Then OTOH, some companies don't have such representation, like Onkyo, Denon, etc. Well, DenonJeff or what's his name comes on once in a blue moon.
