I need to replace my sub and found a listing on Craigslist for a complete set up (av receiver, floor, surround and center channel speaker and velodyne DLS 4000R sub (plus DVD player and universal remote). They're asking $600 for all and will sell the sub separately. What should I pay for the sub?

I found one on amazon refurbished for $199 in a quick search. I'd likely offer him $100 and see if he counters.
