how many posts needed

How many posts do I need to start a thread in the classifieds I really don't have anything to talk about I just want to unload some sm150's. I hate to post b.s. just to hit the post count.

Dunno.

But, consider, this isn't really a marketplace. It's a community where the members share ideas, thoughts, and helpful hints with each other. As an accommodation, the administrators make it easy for the members of said community to trade amongst themselves. If you don't want to be a part of it, well, there's always ebay or craigslist.

Geez, how many people are going to ask this question this week?

The main page that lists the forums says in big bold letters under Classifieds that you need 25 posts.

Actually, I think they should up that number considerably.

If they are so hot to sell their stuff they can't even bother to read the rules in the classified section before posting (and their first post is asking how many posts are needed to sell ?!?) , or don't want to participate here in any other way, well...
