If he has already bi-wired the speakers there is no need to un-do it. Was anything gained...probably not. Did it hurt anything....no. Does it look cool....you bet...

Great choice, the studio line is great.. I have 100's 690CC 20's and ADP, powered by 200 wpc... Rotel

My advice.... Save up your money for a good quality amp....
Greg got himself that Emotiva with 3 200wpc cards expandable to 7... for $900.00 Great start... IMO...

You can also check out Audiogon.com and do a search with the first 2 or 3 digits of your zipcode to see what comes up in your area... Thats how I found my Rotel RMB-1095 Amp for an awesome deal...

There's really no need to undo the present hook-up, agree  - just coz it sounds fine. And thanks for these hints too :D. Will keep my eyes/ears open and do that search. Anyway, it'll take me soe time to collect another grand. Your alt comments and suggestions will also be appreciated ;). Man, living in good acoustic environment - that's really cool :D. I just feel that big itch to try this and that with the new set, and mainly the results are not disappointing (like I said the clearer the sound the better the result). Got Tchaikovski - 1812 with those cannons played - woooow! Now switched to 7ch King Crimson - 69 in DTS - amazing too... What an adventure this is... ;)
