How do I check LED?

I recently replaced the amplifier on my Velodyne SPL1200R. The power indicator LED doen't light. I checked the output at the connector and
am getting voltage. I don't know the voltage needed to light the bulb
but it can't be much. Is there an easy way to check if the bub is out?

LED isn't a bulb, it is an LED. If it is out, then you don't have a ton of options AFAIK, because you would actually need to get to the board itself and desloder/resolder a new one. It may just be a bad solder joint on the board where the LED attaches.
