How Can I Reflect Drumming Back At Very Noisy Neighbor?

A neighbor with common wall plays loud vibrating bass drum music at all hours.

How can i make a low cost simple audio system that picks up the sound coming thru the wall and loudly reflects it back thru the wall, maybe a few phases off, or some way that makes him much crazier then he's been making me?

Any help greatly appreciated.

but my step two was to call the cops, unfortunately, step 1 would announce that you called the cops on them.

I third these guys, in my area repeated noise violations can result in arrest, yes arrest, and charges. That would probably teach him to use that "consideration" knob that they put on his stereo.

The first thing you should do is knock on his door and in an adult manner let him know you can hear the drums and ask him to keep it down or not play them after a reasonable hour. If you can't work it out with him call the cops.

Coming here asking people how to piss some one off is childish and ignorant, regardless of whether or not they are an A-hole. This is a common sense issue that adults generally should know how to handle. Two wrongs don't make a right.

If you want help with how to lessen the sound getting to you, ask away. There are plenty of people who will be more than willing to help you.
