How are the Martin Logan Motion 40 speakers?

I saw they sell these at the local Best Buy Magnolia section and they look very nice. My store only has the 20 on display but the 40 which is a true 3 way with ribbon for the highs and 1 dedicated mid 2 more for the low end is what I think may be worth a look. I cant seem to find any real good review/feedback on these. Anyone own these or have heard them? Thanks for any feedback.

I haven't heard the M 40s myself, but they look like the exact same driver setup, that was in the previous ML Preface series, and I have a set. They sounded very nice in the sweet spot, but did seem to have a drop off in the highs off-axis. The drivers and the ribbon, look identical, but the cabinets differ.

Thanks for the info. Did have some time to go take a listen to them and thought they sounded pretty good but the salesperson kept pushing the b&w CM8 saying just how much better a speaker it was over the Martin Logan.

When I listened to the previous generation of Motion speakers I found that I liked the bookshelves a lot more than the towers; I found the towers to be shrill sounding.
