For the PS2 you'll need one of these:

GameLink™ Standard 100 Composite/S-Video A/V Cable (Playstation 2)

For the X-BOX:

GameLink™ Standard 100 Composite/S-Video A/V Cable (Xbox)

Both these cables look the same to me. I think they are the same part number as well.
