[Polar Bear]

Hi Guys,

im a newbie to home home audio and video equipment and need some advice...

I have a Yamaha HTR-3063 receiver with 5.1 speakers it came with (YHT-294) at 6ohms

Recently i upgraded my Center speaker to an Infinity Primus C25 (8 ohms)

.......so my center is 8 ohms with the rest of the speakers at 6 and the receiver has the ability to switch to either 6 or 8 ohms...

what should i set it to? What is the difference?

Set it at 8, it doesn't help much and is in there to meet some safety standards, continue with the Infinity Primus line.

Set it to 8. 6 reduces the output.
