Hey guys im going to buy a new home theater in a couple of months. I have been looking at a couple new onkyo systems that will be out next month. All I really do is play games (360 and PS3) I watch a couple of movies a month but not much. Anyways I can not decide if I want the Onkyo HT-S3300 or the more expensive Onkyo HT-S5300. Again all I really do is play games so I dont wanna get a system that has a bunch of features that I wont be able to utilize.
Looks like the major differances is that the S5300 is 7.1 system with double the wattage. TrueHD, PLIIz, HD-Master Audio, HD-High Resolution Audio decoders and a few more I/Os
So should I spend the xtra $150 for all this. Or should I be looking at a different system all together? $500 is about all im willing to spend.
