Looking to spend about $600-$700 on a system, any thoughts on this

try looking threw the audio classifieds you can usually find good deals. Or buy good equipment and peice it together. Thats what I'm doing

I dont know specifically about the TST1 package from tSc but I can vouch for their in-ceiling and outdoor speakers. There is a good review on the mid level floor standing on the AH homepage. I think the overall jist was they sound as good as speakers double their price and can be improved easily by some extra bracing and some more foam.
